Each certificate is issued by a person on our team, after we've matched your registration to your installation.

Fill in the form with your project address, invoice number and the series of your windows or doors.
We confirm
Our team checks your invoice and confirms that EcoGlass's authorized installers completed your installation.
Get your certificate
Once everything checks out, we email your warranty certificate to the address you gave us.

01Who can register a warranty?
Customers whose EcoGlass windows and doors were installed by EcoGlass's authorized installers. The warranty is not valid for products installed by anyone else.
02Where do I find my invoice number?
On the invoice you received from EcoGlass for your project. If you can't find it, call us and we'll help you look it up.
03Which product series do I have?
Choose NOVA, DURO PLAST, PRESTIGE, PRESTIGE+ or DURAPLUS if you know it. If you're not sure, pick "Not sure" and we'll check it against your order.
04Why isn't the certificate sent right away?
Every registration is checked against our records first, so that each certificate goes to a real EcoGlass installation.
